My Story

I’ve always had a love for art, and I always felt the need to create things with my hands. There were times growing up where I felt this intense desire to create something, but with no way of knowing what or how. The years went by and I on a whim decided to join a pottery class. Instantly I knew this was it! The missing piece that I had been searching for. The outlet for all my creativity! And without even knowing it, REERA Ceramics was born.

Fun fact! REERA is a Persian word that comes from a song that my sister and I both loved to listen to when we were younger. REERA is a figure in Iranian folklore, described as a beautiful supernatural female believed to bring beauty to the Northern jungles of Iran.
